However, most people are looking forward to the day next to it, which is tomorrow, Black Friday, famous for its Black Friday Sale event where thousands gather in Target, Walmart, and other stores for the grand promotional items.

Thanksgiving represents the blessing of the harvest. Similar to Christmas in other countries, this is the opportunity for many Americans to meditate and look back to all the blessings that happened the entire year while looking optimistic about the next year ahead.

There are many stories on why turkey had been the favorite roasted meat on Thanksgiving Day. Some said that it was because of Alexander Hamilton, while others believed that the turkey is large so it could feed many people.
